TBIS IND~1TtTRE, made and entered into in duplicate,
this~ ay of December, A. D. 1966, by and between
SARL V. TtTRNSR and SSTHBR N. TORNSR, his wife, (herein-
after referred to as "I,BSSOR"), which term shall include
_ the heirs, administrators, successors and assigns of the
LSSSOR wherever the context ao requires~ .or acLaits, and ~
- INDIAN RIVER tJNIFOI~i RI~NTAL, INC. , a Florida corporation,
(hereinafter referred to as_"LRSSES"), which term shall
include the auccessors and assigns of LSSSEE wherever the•
context so requires or admits. _
W I T N$ S S E T H:
~ That the LESSOR and the LESS$E, in consideration of
the mutual covenants contained herein, and in consideration
of the payments and undertakings herein mentioned, made
and to be made, have respectively covenanted and agreed -
with each other as follows: _
l. DEIrIISE BY LSSSOR
Upon the texms and cunditions hereinafter stated, and
in consideration of'the payment, from time to ti.me, of
the rents hereinafter stipulated, and for and in consideration ~

of the proanpt performance by the LSSSEE of the covenants
hereinafter contaiaed by the LSS88$ to be kept and perforna-
ed, ~e periormance of each of which covenants are declared
to be integral parts of the consideration to be furnished_
by the LESSE$, the LBSSOR does hereby lease, let and demise
unto the 7~BSSEE the following described premises in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
