T$RM: - - The term and duration of this lease shall be for a period of FIVS (5) YEARS beginning with the first day of _ the week after the demised premises are ready for occupancy by I,$SSSE, and expiring FIVS (5) YEARS after said date, unless the same shall be terminated by the 7~SSSOR, in accordance with the terms hereof by =eason of default on the part of the I.SSSEB. ~ 4.
