2. ~ ACCSPTANCS OF BB1r!=Sg BY LESSSE:
The LSSSEE, in consideration of the demise of said
land and buildings by the I.$SSOR, and~for the further con-
sideration hereinafter set.out, has leased and does hereby
lease the same fro~n the LSSSOR, on the terms and conditions
hereinafter stated.
3. T$RM: - -
The term and duration of this lease shall be for a
period of FIVS (5) YEARS beginning with the first day of
_ the week after the demised premises are ready for occupancy
by I,$SSSE, and expiring FIVS (5) YEARS after said date,
unless the same shall be terminated by the 7~SSSOR, in
accordance with the terms hereof by =eason of default on
the part of the I.SSSEB. ~
4. AMOUNT OF RENT: .
As part of the con~ideration from the LESSEE to the
LESSOR for the demise aforesaid, the Ll3SSSE shall pay as
rent unto the LESSOR, the sum of THIRTY
NINE THOIISAND
DOLLARS {$39,000.00), the payment of which the LESSEE
agrees with LESSOR the LSSS$$ will make as follows: SIX
HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($650.OOj per month, in advance, _
commQncing with the first day of the week after the de~nised
premises are ready for occupaacy by LESSI;S; receipt of the
firat and last monthly installments on this lease is here-
