8. INDhMNIFICATION: .
LESSB$ covenants and agress that it will, at all

times, and at its own expense, save and keep the LSSSOR
harmless fraan any damaqe or liability accasioned by the -

use of said premises, and shall indesanify and keep harm-
less the I,$SSOR fran and against any loss, costs, damaqe
or expense arisinq out of and in connection with the use
and occupancy of said premises by LSSSBS, the licensees,
agents, servants, tenants and employees of the LSSS~,
and the I,SSS$E covenants and agrees to provide a policy
of insurance generally known as Public Liability Insurance,
or a certificate thereof, insuring the LSSSBS and the
- _LSSSOR _~ai:~Q~ all claims to the extent of not less than.
$100,000.00 to cover the~claun or damage from any single
or specific cause by any one person, and to the extent of
' not less than $1,000.000.00 coverage in connection with

! any one particular accident or occurence. The original
of such poZicy, or a certificate of issuance_thereof, shall
be delivered to the LSSSOR, as evidence of the compliance _
by the LESSES with the terms of the provisions of this
clause of this Lease Agreement.
9. INSPECTION: _
The LESSOR or LESSOR'S agent shall have the right to
enter the demised premises, including the buildings and
imgrovements to be constructed thereon, at all reasonable
hours for the purpose of inspecting the same, or for any -
. other purpose not inconsistent with the ternas or spirit
of this lease.
