LSSSSS'~ property shall be appointed by any Court, then,
in any of said events, the LSSSOR shall have and ia here-
by granted the right to terrainate'and end this lease and ~

DAYS notice, ia writing, and upon the expiration of the
time fixed in said notice, if such default has not been-
fully rectified, this lease and the term hereby granted
shall wholly cease and expire with the same effect as if
that date were the date originally fixed herein for ex-
piration of the term; and thereupon the LESSOR shall have
the right to re-enter and reposse~s the said demi.sed pre-
mi.ses, together with all buildings and improvements there-
on by force or otherwise, and to dispossess and remove the
LESSER and all occupants of the demised premises in any

lawful manner. In case of any such default, re-entry andjor ~
; 'expiration, the rent shall become due thereupon and shall ~

be paid up to the tune of such re-entry and/or expiration.
12. ALTERATIONS OR ADDITIONS:
The LESSEE covenants and agrees that it will make no
structural alterations or additions to the d~aised premises,
- except with the written consent of the I.$SSOR. This re- ,
striction does not affeet the right of the LSSSEE to con-
struct partitions within any of the buildings dezaised here-
