ADDITI~NAI, Rffi~gDI$S TO LSSSOR: The LSSSSS recogaises the validity and applicability of the swmaary remedies provided by the statutea of the State of Florida for the protection of landlords and the enforcement of landlords' rights.~ Fiirthermore, the LSSSB~ recognizes that,'by virtue of the decisional law of the State of Florida, Sections 83.05, 83.06 and 83.08, Florida Statutes, 1965, are treated and considered $s being a part of this indenture. 18.
