17. ADDITI~NAI, Rffi~gDI$S TO LSSSOR:
The LSSSSS recogaises the validity and applicability
of the swmaary remedies provided by the statutea of the
State of Florida for the protection of landlords and the
enforcement of landlords' rights.~ Fiirthermore, the LSSSB~
recognizes that,'by virtue of the decisional law of the
State of Florida, Sections 83.05, 83.06 and 83.08, Florida
Statutes, 1965, are treated and considered $s being a part
of this indenture.
18. NOTIC$S: - ~
All notices required by law and by this lease to be -
given one par-ty to the other shall be in writinq, and,
unless the context of this lease requires otherwise, may
be served as follows: .
(a) - By Certified Mail, addressed to the LSSSEE at ~
the address of the demised premises on Orange
Avenue, in Fort Pierce, Florida ~nd to the
LESSOR at P. O. Boa 120~, Fort Pierce, Florida,
. or ~t such other ad`dress or addresses as the
.parti~s may by notice in writing designate to
; the other. ~
~ (bj - The notices may also be served by personal
delivery to any officer of the LSSSBS corpora- -
tion or any director of the LSSSSE corporation
as set out in the last Capital Stock Tax Return
filed with the Secretary of State of the State
of Florida. The notices to L$SSOR may be served
by~personal delivery to either SARL V. Tt1RNER
or ESTHER N. TURNER, his wife.
19. NONWAIVSR:
Failure of the LSSSOR to insist upon the strict per-
formance of any of the covenants, conditions and agreements
~ of this lease in any one or more instances, ahalt not be
. construed as a waiver or relinquishment in the future of
any such covenants, conditions and agreements. The LESSBE
