The LSSSOR ~ shall be under no duty to relet the said pre~aises in the event of an abandonment or surrender or attempted surrender or atte~apted abandonment of the leased pre~nises -by the I.$SSSE. Upon the LSSSS$'S abandonment or surrender or attempted abandonment or attempted ~urrender of_the leased premises, the LSSSOR shall have the right to retake possession -of the leased premises or any part thereof and such retaking . of possession sha11 not constitute an acceptance of the LSSSEE'S abandonment or surrender thereof. 20 .
