covenants that no surrender.or abandonment of the demised
premises or of the remainder of the term herein shall be
valid unless accepted by the LBSSOR in writing. The LSSSOR ~
shall be under no duty to relet the said pre~aises in the
event of an abandonment or surrender or attempted surrender
or atte~apted abandonment of the leased pre~nises -by the
I.$SSSE. Upon the LSSSS$'S abandonment or surrender or
attempted abandonment or attempted ~urrender of_the leased
premises, the LSSSOR shall have the right to retake possession
-of the leased premises or any part thereof and such retaking .
of possession sha11 not constitute an acceptance of the
LSSSEE'S abandonment or surrender thereof.
20 . ACCEI~fiRATION • - ' ~
- If any of the swns of money herein required to be
`~paid by the LESSRE to the LSSSOR shall remain unpaid for
a period of THIRTY (30) DAYS from the.date of LESSOR'S ~
notice to LESSES of the LESSEE'S default in paying the same, ~
