~ 22 . PAYMBNT FOR I,~S_SOR' S CAPITAL IMPRUVEMSNTS:
LESSE$ agrees to pay LESSOR, in addition to rent, monthly, for
sixty months, one-sixtieth (1/60tlij of the total cost to LSSSOR of
the capital improvements listed above, beginning with the cc~nmm¦~eence-
ment date of the lease. LESSOR has contracted with O. C. Peterson
to perform said improvements for the sum of $8,964.00 plus the cost
of two, 2 inch water meters which are anticipated to cost an addi-
~ tional $600.00, or a total of $9,564.00 costs to LESSOR, LESSEE
~ further agrees that should LESSEE make a default in the payment of
any of the said capital improvement repayment installments to LESSOR,
LSSSOR may treat the same as a default in the payment of rent here- ~
