TII~IE OF ESSSNCE t , The prompt and punctual perfozmance by the LSSSBS of the terms and provisions of this lease is of the very ~ essence of this agre~ment. 28. ~ MISCSLLS~TOUS PROVISIONS: (a) - Should LSSS$E exercise its option to purchase the demised preiaises, no rent shall be due LSSSOR from LASS88 subsequent to the date of consumation of the purchase of the deiaised premises by I~ESS$E. Rent for the month in v which the ~urchase is consumated will be prorated between the parties. - (b) - It is mutually stipulated and aqreed by and between the parties hereto that this instrument contains the whole agrezment between them'as of this date, and that ~ the execution thereof has not been induced by either party - by ariy representation, promise or understanding not express- ed herein, and that there are no co~lateral agreeznents, stipulations,'pro~nises or understandings whatsoever upon the respective parties in any way touching the subject matter of this Lease Agreement, which are not expressly contained herein.
