(d) - I.$SSOR agrees that the buildings on the demised premisea will be painted, intbrior and exterior, with the exception of the area to be panelled, by January 15, ].967, at the expenae of 7~SSSOR. LSSSOR further agreea to install. at cost of LESSOR~an additional row of fluorescent lights adjacent to the existing rv~w ot fluorescent liqhts in the West side of the existing building and to also install five fluorescent lights in the $ast part of_the existing building. Additional lights will also be installed in the two bath- roans and the two offices, as well as additional wall plugs,~ as required by I~ESS~, in the two offices. In addition to the above LSSSOR will also install new floor tile in both _ of the new offices and this w~ork, as well as all of the electrical work, shall be completed-prior to the commaence- ment date of the lease. The p~rties I~?ereto- agree that LSSSOR will not be rsimbursed by LESSEE for the cost of the work enumerated in this paragraph. _ _ , (e) - Should LESSOR receive any money from any public body due-to an involuntary conveyance on a portion of the property or the condemnation thereof, and should the LESSEE exercise its option to purchase the de.~nised pre~aises as t - hereinabove provided, LESS$E shall receive credit against ( ~ the purchase p~ice for the amount received by LESSOR in ~ i excess of the amount required to reconstruct or restore ~ ~ any portion of the de~aised premises . ~ ~ F i (e)_ - Upon request of LSSSEE, LESSOR hereby agrees : to ir~maediately cause the Abstract of Title of LESSOR to be brought current and delivered to I.ESSSE for examination ; _ { purposes at this time.
