that LSSSSS will pay for the actual costa of the Continua-
tion of the same abstract at the time and in the event
I~SSSE$ exercisea its option to purchase the demised premises.
LESS$E further agrees to return the Abstract of Title to
LESSOR within FIFTSF.~T (15) DAYS of delivery of same to
LSSS~ to LSSSE$'S attorney. .
(f) - LSSSORS hereby agree that they will not take
any action which would impair the title to the d~nised
premises during the term of this lease.
IN WITNSSS WHSR$OF, the parties hereto have this day
