CHATTEL MORTGAGE
THIS CHATTEL MORTGAGE executed the day of
December, A. D. , 19b6, by LAWRENCE J. SEAVER and BLANCHE W.
SEAVER, -his wife and LAWSON D. ROBERTS and DOROTHY VIT.
R08ERTS, his wife, hereinafter called the Mortgagors, to DTXIE DIME
STORES, INC. , a Florida corporation, hereina,fter called the Mortgagee;
VITITNESSETH:
That for good and valuable considerations, and also in considera-
tion of the aggregate sum named in the promissory note of even date
herewith, hereinafter described, the said Mortgago~s hereby grant, _
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey and confirm unto the said
Mortgagee all the goods, chattels and personal property, hereinafter de-
scribed, all thereof being wholly owned by, and in the exclusive posses-
sion of, said Mortgagors, in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,

' A. ALL the trade fixtures, furnitare and egup-
ment described in Schedule A annexed here-
~ to and made a part hexeof, and contained in
~ or upon the store premises known as Stores
No. 5, 6, 7 and 13 in the Sunrise Boulevard
_ Shopping Center Building, Fbrt Pierce,
Florida, and also known as 50g -13 Georgia
Avenue in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida,
(and hereinafter referred to as "said store
premiaes"j, being all the trade fixtures,
~ furniture and equipment, contemporaneously
sold by Mortgagee to Mortgagors, together
with all additions that may hereafter be added
to the above-described property, and also any
and all other trade fi.,ctures, furniture and
equipment t,hat may hereafter be accpired by
Mortgagors, and placed in or upon said store
prernises;
B. AISO ALL the stock of goods, wares, mer-
cha.ndise, and supplies of every nature and
description contained in or upon said store
premises, and being all atock of the goods,
