for any of said stock of goods, wares,
merchandise and supplies, and alsu
aay and alI other gools, wares, mer-
chandise, and aupplies of every nature
and kind that may hereafter be acquired
by Mortgagors and placed in or upon
said store premises.
The aggregate of all the foregoing goods,
chattels, articles and property herein-
above under Paragraphs "A" and "B" de-
scribed and mortgaged hereunder, ~is
hereinaiter referred to as "said goods
and chattels".
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, each and every, together
with the attachments and appurtenances, unto the said Mortgagee for-

AND said Mortgagors covenant with said Mortgagee that said
Mortgagors wholly and solely own said goods, chattels and personal
property, all and singular, absolutely; that the said Mortgagors have
full power and lawful right to sell and convey the same, all and sing~-
lar, as aforesaid; that said goods, chattels and personal property,
all and singular, are free and clear of any and all adverse claims,
liens and encumbrances; and that said Mortgagors hereby fully war-
rant the title and ownership of said goods, chattels and personal
property, alla~d singular, and will defend the same against the claims
of all persotts whomsoever.
PROVIDED ALWAYS, that if said Mortgagors shall pay unto
the said Mortgagee the certain promiasory note hereinafter sub-
stantially copied or identified, to wit: ~
