THIS ADMINISTRATOR'S DEED, made the 29thday of llecember,
A. D. 1966, by SARAN McANERNEY, as Administratrix Cum Testamento
Annexo of Annie Cooper, Deceased, hereinafter called the grantor
to Sarah McAnerney, as sole beneficiary under the Last Will and
Testament of Annie Cooper, deceased, whose post office address is:
3505 Avenue R, Fort Pierce, Florida, hereinafter called the grantee: '
(Wherever used herein the terms "grantor" and "grantee"

Legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the ~
successors and assigns of corporations.)

WITNESSETH; That the grantor, for and in consideration
of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee
~ all that certain land situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, viz:

a for St. Lucie County, Florida, in the Estate of Annie Cooper,

~ deceased, under date of December 29th , A. D. 1966, and the
Administratrix Cum Testamento Annexo covenants that in a11
° things in and about the administration of the Estate of Annie
Cooper, deceased, she has conformed with the statutes of the
- State of Florida and the Orders of Court, as required by law.
