THE MORTGAGOR COVENANTS AND AGREES THAT: I

second mortgages now encumbering this property to the owne~ of the said first and second mort
~ gages, then the MORTGAGEE herein at itS option can make the said first and setond mortgage
i payments and any subsequent ones which are not paid by the MORTGAGOR, adding said payments actu-

(2) In the event that the MORTGAGOR herein dces not make the monthly payments due on the first and
second mortgages now encumbering this property, then at the option of the MORTGAGEE herein, the
