1'iit5 INDENTURE made this l~th. day of 1966,
between JONAS BROTMAN and CLAIRE BROTMAN, of the County of
Dade, State of Florida, being the sole surviving directors
and trustees of Florida Homesites, Inc., a dissolved Florida
corporation, at the time of its dissolution, and as such trustees
of the property of such dissolved corporation, parties of the
first part, and JAMES S. WEAVER and JF~NNE E. WEAVER, his wife,
of the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, parties of the -
second part,
WITNESSETH, that the said parties of the first part, for
and in consideration of the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar and other
good and valuable considerations, in hand paid by the said par-
ties of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknow-
ledged, have remised, released, and quit claimed and by these
presents do remise, release and quit claim unto the said parties
of the second part all their right, title, interest, claim and
demand which the said parties of the first part have in and to

~ the following described lot, piece or parcel of land, situate,
lying and being in the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,

the Plat of Harmony Heights, said plat having been
z recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Cixcuit
Court, Fort Pierce, Florida, on April 12, 1947, in

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singu-
= lar the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper-
~ tainina, and all the estate, title, interest and claim whatsoever
of the said parties of the first part, either in 1~•~ or equity,
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of the said parties
