IYHEREAS, JESSE . tiAb1ILTON did on the 30th day of Apri 1,
1966, make, execute and deliver to L. IV. SCCITT, a certain mort-
~age ~vhich is no~~~ recorded in O. R. Book 144, at page 4~1 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering certain
lands therein more particularly described; and
WI-iEREAS, the said JESSE 1Y. HADiILTON is the o+vner of an un-
di~~ided one-half (1~2) interest in and to said lands and has
given a mortgage on the f ollo~ving described property:
An undi~~ided one-half (1~2) interest in and to the
follo~ving described lands:
The N1V 1~4 of Section 17, To~vnship 34 South, Range
39 East; and the 1ti' 1~2 of Section 8, To~vnship 3~
South, Range 39 East; and the ~ 1~2 of the NE 1~4
and the S1V 1~4 of the iVE 1~4 of Section 8, To~vnship
34 South, Range 3~~ East. Said premises being sub-
ject to all easements of record and less all public
rights of ~vay for roads and or dr~.n~~ e canals,

titiHERFAS, the said JESSE tiv. HAI~SILTON has requested the said
