THE MORTGAGOR COVENANTS AND AGREES THAT:
(1) The MORTGAGOR herein shall make the payments , called for in the 1St mort a e

= now encumbering this propsrty, to the MORTGAGEE herein, which payment S the MORTGAGEE here-
in shall in turn deliver to ths owner of the said 1St mortgage .
g ~ (2) If the MORTGAGOR herein dces not make the scheduled paymeMs as they come due under the afore-
~ said 1St mortgage , then the MORTAGEE here atitS option, can make the said delin-
quent payment s, adding said paymsnt S made to the balance due undsr this mortgage deed. In
~ the event that the MORTGAGOR herein does not make the scheduled payments as they become du~
~ under the aforesaid 1St , mortgage , then at the option of the MORTGAGEE ~
herein, the entire balance due hereunder can be dedared due and payable in full on demand by the
said MORTGAGEE herein.
(3) The MORTGAGOR herein shall not furtner encumber this property, except by obtaining the permission
of the MORTGAGEE here~n.

(4) The MORTGAGOR herein will at ths request of the MORTGAGEE herein, refinance the f~rst mortgage ~
- now en:umbsring ihis property at any time deemed desirable by the PJtORTGAGEE herein. The pro- ~
ceeds of sai~ ref~nancing to be app~ied against t;~e unpaid balance due hareunder. '

(5} The P110RTGAGOR herein will at the request of the MORTGAGEE herein acknowledge this mortgage
- and the amount still due at thz time of the requeai on a form prov;ded for this purpose by the M~RT-
- GAGEE.
- (6) Failure on the part of the M~RTGAGOR to comply with, perform, or abide by any of the agreements,
stipulat~ons, conditions and covenants as sel forth aoove in sections 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5, empowers the
~ N~ORTGAGEE herein, at h~s opt;on, to deJare the entire ba~ance due hereunder to be due and payable
at once. Failure oi tha /~ORTGAGEE herein, to ~xercise th;s optio~ at any time shall not con;titute a
waiver of the right to exercise tnis opiion at som~ later time.
