THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the 7th day of September
19 66 , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,

WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of

page 47, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with aIl the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawful2y
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances.
2his conveyance is made subject to the following conditions and restrictions ;
which shal~l be constxued as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat.
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in Deed BOOk 252,
at Page 209, public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
