THIS IS A PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE. ~
TO NAVE AND TO HOtD the same, together with the tenements, ereditaments and
apptirtenances, unto the said Mortgagee, and its successors and assigns, in fee
simple.
AND the said Mortgagors, for themselves and their heirs, legal representatives 5
and assigns, do covenant with said Mortgagee, its successors, legal representa-
tives and assigns, that said Mortgagors are indefeasibly seized of said land in
fee simple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful for said Mortgagee, its succes-
sors, lcgal representatives and assigns, at all times peaceably and quietly to
enter upon, hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that safd land is free from all.
