11. If a lot borders a canal or lake, the bed of the canal or lake and the watere above such bed are
not inoluded. . -

these conditions and restrictions and the Grantor reservea the ri8ht to release in whole or in part sny
reatriction hereunder or to include in any contract' or deed hereafter made any additional reatricttve

other use of property wbich shall be set apart by the Grantor and be maintained by the Property Own-

eral maintenance,
14. The Grantor reserves to itself the ruaus and ways shown on the Plat referred to herein and re-
seiwes the right at any time to dedicate all roada or ways stiown on Plat to public use or to convey aame
to the 3~ate, County or City or any agency thereof.
I6. For the breach of any of the above res~t
ict~ons, the Grantor shall be entitled to apply for relief
by injunetion in addition to any other remedy and failure of the Grantor to enforce a restr~ction berein
shall not be deemed. a wavier of a right to do so thereafter as to the same, a prior. or subsequent breach.

16. All of the covenanb and reAtrictions shall remain in force unHl January 2. 1968. and shall be
