In the absence-o€ my attorney, Raymond I:. Ford, I am writing
you this letter to confirm-an agreement made between you and me,
wherein I am to give you tw~o (2) promissozy notes, each in the
principle sum of ONS THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND NO/100 ($1,500.00)
DOLLARS each, and~bearing interest at the rate of Seven (7%) pe=-
cent. The maturity date of these notes will be Ninety (90) days
and One Hundred Bighty (180) days, respectively, from the date of

2. Depreciation details for year ending July 31, 1965; _ ~
3. Labor Book - Entire 1965, and part of 1964;
4. Information on personal income and bills for calendar
yeat 1965.
Upon the return of my atto=ney, Raymond E. Ford, you will
return to me a promissory note, dated November 4, 1966, in the
principal sum of $2,500.00, and I will deliver to you the two (2) ~
