~S. To perform,cumply with, and ahide by each and every the stipulations, ~
agreementa, caaditions and covenants in said promissory note, and in this deed

6. If any of said sums of money herein referred to be not praoptly and
fully paid Wfthin thirty (30) days next after the same severally become due ~
and payable, or if each and_.every the stipulationa, agreements, conditions
and covenants of said promissory note and this deed, or either are aot fullq ~
performed, c~mplied irith and abided by, the said aggregate sua ~oentioned in
esid promissory note aball become due and payable forthwith or thereafter at
the option of the Mortgagee, its successors, leg~al representativea or a8signs,
as fully and caopletely as if the said aggreg,ata sum Were originally stipulated

contrary notWithstanding.
If this mortgage is executed by'oaly one person, then all plural nouns,
pronouna and verbs herein relating to more than oae l~ortgagor shall be canstrued
se singular nouns and pronouns of the appropriate gender and singular verb, it
~ being the intent ~nd purpose hereof that this mortgage shall conform to the
circumstancea as fully as if each change from plural to eingular of appropriate
gender Was set forth in Writing herein. If this mortgage is executed by more
than one person, then the preceding senteace of this paragraph numbered 7 shall
be coastrued as surplusage aird as being atricken. .
