day of December, 1966, by and between EARNEST RATLIP'F and VIRGIN
RATLIFF, his wife, parties of the f irst part, and ROBERT S~t~ON

of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
run East along.the South boundary of said Balsa Road,
125 feet to a point; thence run, Southeasterly
parallel to U. S. Highway No. 1, 50 feet to a pofnt,
thence turn and run West parallel with Balsa Road,
125'feet to the East boundary of U. S. Highway No.
