of recorded in Plat Book 8, at Page 32 of t2ie public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
THIS DEED IS GIVEN for the purpose of releasing from that certain
Warranty Deed between the parties hereto dated February 25, 1957 and
recorded February 27, 1957 in Deed Book 225, at Page 34 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, those certain restrictive cove-
nants and conditions which restricted the occupancy of the afore-des-
~ cribed property to persons other than of the caucasin race.
THIS DEED is also given for the purpose of rectifying the deficiency
in the execution~of tlie above-described deed in that said deed was
executed during a period of time Sunland Gardens, Inc., was dissolved
by the Secretary of State of Florida for non-payment of Capital Stock ;
Tax and the afore-mentioned conveyance dated February 25, 1957 should ;
have been from the Directors of the corporation as Trustees in k
Dissolution rather than from the corporation itself. ~
