North 89 deg. -23 min. -45 sec. West a distance of 305.92 feet to a
point where said South right of way of Angle Road intersects the
East line of a 110 ~oot wide power line easement hereinafter referred
to; said point being the point of beginning of the West boundary to
this parcel. -
From the point of beginning run South 0 deg. -37 mi~. -40 sec. West `
a distance of 5,294.10 feet to a point on the South line and 724.85
feet West of the Southeast corner of Section 5.
