corporate seal of said corporation~ that the seal affixed to the said instrument is the
corporate seal of the PRUUENCC HUTUAL CASUALTY COMPANY, and was thereto affixed by order and
authority of the Board of Directors of the said Company, that he siqned his naiae thereto by
like order and.authority; that the said C~mpany is duly and legally autharized to trnnsact
business and is duly and le~ally authorized to execute as surety any bond or recoAnizance
in the state of Illinois and has canplied with and is now canplyin~ with the insurance laxs of
said state, a22owinR certain corporations to be accepted as Surety on Bonds.
The deponent further states that a meetinq of the Board of Directors of the PRUDENCE
MUTUAL CASUALTY COMPANY, regularly held at its oftice in ChicaRo, Illinois, on Marsh`3; I'~2,
at which a q~orum of said Board of Directors :ras present, the followinR resolution w~s
unanimously adopted: ~
"RESOLVED, That the Chainrtan of the Board. the President, Vice President, the Secretary-

attested or acknovledqed by any officer or attorney of the Company, qualifyinq the attorney
