that we are in default of the conditions set forth in that certain
agreement duly filed and recorded in Official RQCOrd Book 144
page 12 Ao. 144716 dated April 26, 1966 at 9:43 A.M. in the
St. Lucie County Court Nouse. We further acknowledge that all ~
our rights as second parties to the above mentioned agreement
are forfeited and terminated and all papments ~hat we made
prior to the signing of this agreement are forfeited.
