MICHAEL WEINZIRL and DOROTHY WEINZIRL, his wife, whose mailing
address is Route #3, Bog 142, Fort Pierce, Florida, parties of the

WIINESSETA, lhat if the said parties of the second part shall
first make thE payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned
on their part to be made and perfoYmed, the said parties of the first
part hereby covenant and agree to convey and assure to the said .
parties of the second part, their heirs, executora, administratore
or assigns, in fee simple, clear of all incumbrances whatever, by a
good and sufficient deed, the lot, piece or parcel of land, situate
in the Coumty of St. Lucie and State of Florida, knawa and described
as follaws, to-wit:
The North 160 feet of the South 190 feet of the West
280.4 feet of the East 305.4 feet of the South-half

35 South, Range 39 East. TOGETHER with all improvements

and the said parties of the second part hereby covenant $nd agree to
~ a therefor the total urchase rice of SIR THOUSAND FIVE ~AJNDRED

~ DOLI,ARS ($6,500.00) in the follawing manner: -
FIF1'Y DO~LLARS ($50.00) cash upon the signing of this instrument,
- the receipt whereof is hgr~- aclanowledged by parties of the first
part. The remaining uapaid principal balance of SIX 1'EiOUSAND FOUR
HUNDRED Fllrl'Y DOLI~iRS ($6,450.00) shall be paid as follaws
$350.00 on January 14, 1967; $400.00 on January 28, 1967;
1he then remainiag unpaid principal balance in the mmount
~ of $5,700 shall be paid as follow8: ~$160.00 on Febs'uary
~ 9, 1967; $160.00 on March 9, 1967 an~l $160.00 on the 9th
day of each manth thereafter to and including the payment
due on January 9, 1968.

On February 9, 1968 a payment in the emount of $378.93 shall
be due and upon same being paid in full and upan the existing first
mortgage held bq First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Fort
