(4) The ~teceiver be and hereby is vested with the ti~le _ ~
to all property, real and personal, all contracts, rights of ac~ion -
and all of the .books and records of the~ Respondent wheresoever •

(5) The Receiver be and hereby is authorized to appoint ~ F
- one or more deputy receivers to act for him and to emp].oy couns~l,
clerks and assistants as he deems necessary, and to pay the -
compensation of such deputies, counsel, clerks and assistants
and all expense of taking possession of the assets of the Respondent
and of conducting these pro~eedings aa fixed by the Receiver and

approved by this Court out of the funds or assets of the -
- Respondent in the poasession of the~Receiver.
• ~6) The Receiver tie and hereby is authorized to commence
and maintain all legal actions necessary for the conduct of the ~
Receivership. ~ _ ~
(7) All agents, employees, attorneys, and all persons ~
represen~ir~ the Respondent or employed by Respondent in connec~ion
~ wlth the conduc~ of its insurance business be and hereby are
discharged.
(8) A].1 persons within the ~urisdiction of this Cour~
who have in their possession, custody or control, assets of the
R~esponden~ oz' any kind tirhatsoever and wheresoever si~uate~ in
this Sta~e, including but not limited to monies, books or records,
personal or real property, are directed to forthwith deliver upon
demand said assets to Bro~~ard Williams, 3tate Treasurer and ex
o~ficio Insurance Commissioner as Receiver of Responden~. -
