IQdOW ALI+ M$N BY THSSE PRBSENTS, that C. S. Smith, Aqent
of the Standard 011 Con~any of Kentucky, doing businese in the
County of Duval and State of Fldrida, in conaideration of the
- sum of Ten Dollara ($10.00) and other valuable consideration '
to me paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do here-
by assign, transfer and o~nvey unto Credit Reports and Collec-
tions, Inc. of Fbrt Pierce, Florida, a certain judgment recovered .
by Standard Oil Company of Kentucky in tbe Small Claims Court in
and for St. Lucie County, Florida, against Adrian E. Clark on
the 12th day of December, 1966, for One Hundred ~ve~ty-Seven
Dollars and Fifty-Three Cents ($177.53) principal together with
Twenty-One Dollars and Sixty Cents ($21.60) interest for a awa

of One Hundred Ninty-Nine Dollars and Thirteen Centa ($199.13),
~ and Eleven Dollars and Fifty Cents ($1~.50) coste, said judgment
being recorded in Official Record Book~163, Page 568, of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and Standard 011
Company of Kentucky Yiereby authorizes and empowers the said

Gredit Reports and Collections, Inc., the assignee, to sue on, ~
collect and recover t]ie full amount of said jud,yment, and ~ake
such action or proceedings thereon as.it may see fit or expediex?t;
hereby giving and granting unto the said assignee all right, title

.or interest which Standard Oil ComQany of Kentucky hiad in and to
~ said j udgment; and the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie . i
County, Florida, is hereby requested and authorized to record
this instrument, to the-end that said judgment may be properly
assigned, transferred and conveyed to the said Credit Reporta
and Collectiona, Inc., its successors and assigns.
