Before me, the undersigned attorney, personally appeared
C. R. McDONALD, JR., who, first beinq duly sworn, says that he is
the attorney for RICHARD E. WOLF, Mason Contractor, P. O. Box 837,
Fort Pierce, Florida, who is the lienor herein, and that on behalf
of his said client, RICHARD WOLF, a Claim of Lien is made on -
the followinq descri.bed property pursuant to a contract with TRIO
CONSTRUCTION COMPANY OF FORT PIERCE, INC., a corporation, with
offices at 6770 Hollywood Boulevard, Aollandale, Florida, and that
the said lienor has furnished labor, services, and materials, con-
~ sistinq of block and masonry construction of a total value of
$37,624.28, which includ~s masonry construction and block founda-
tion, of which there still remains unpaid, the amount of $8,740.12
for which the lienor claims a lien on the following described real
property in St. Lucie County; Florida:
BLOCR "A" of WSSTWIND-UNIT-ONE, accordinq to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book No. 13, at Paqe 30, of
the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, also,

is the same as the contractor's, and that notice of this intent
to lien was furnished on December 27, 1965, to the owner and the
contractor and the American National Bank of Jacksonville, Florida
at its"ad~ess at 2031 Hendricks Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida.
