W I T N E S S E T H:
That BDMUND M. RADKE and DORIS M. RADKB~ his wife, for
ar~d in consideration of the sum of $1.00 and other good and
valuable consideration in hand paid, rece ipt of which is hereby
aclaiowledged do hereby grant to the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, a Munici••
pal Corporation, its successorsyand assigns, the right, privilege
and easement to use that certain parcel of land hereinafter more
particularly described for the purpose of installing and maintain•
ing its water lines and meters~pertain%ng thereto. Said parcel
of land is more particularly described as follows: .
The South 12 feet of the West 73 . feet of
Lots 2 and 3~ Block '~A't of SUZANNE PA12TC,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book
8, at Page 13, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County~ F2orida.
This Easement is granted upon the express condition that
the Grasrtors will not allow any condition to be created which will
interfere with the Grantee~s use of the above described property
for the above stated purposes. . ~
