hereinafter called the Grantors, to CARL A. FOLTZ and JSANNETTE H. FOLTZ,

WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of

THIS DEED IS GIVEN TO CORRECT DEED PREVIOUSLY EXECUTED WHEHEIN
THE NAME OF 't'fIE GRANTOR WAS MISPELLED.
TOGETHER with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND the Grantors hereby covenant with said Grantee that they are lawfully
seized of said land in fee simple; that they have good right and lawful author-
ity to sell and convey said land; that they hereby fully warrant the title to
said land and will defend the sarne against the lawful claims of all persons
whomsoever; and that said land is free of all encumbrances. '
This conveyance is made subject to the followinq conditions and restrictions
which shall be construed as covenants real running with the land to wit:
1. Subject to existing easements, if any and to easements shown on the sub-
division plat.
2. Subject to restrictions of record recorded in
at Page 415 , Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. Subject to taxes for the year 19~,~ and subsequent years.
