ferred to as the Mortgagee, the followin~ real estate in the ~
County of St. Lucie in the State of Florida, to wit:
Lots 3, 4s S, 6, 7, 8, 9, 1~, 11, 12, and 13, HAMILTON ACRES~ a
subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 14, at page 6, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
The Lender hereby ag~ees to release for the borrowers any of the
above described lots othe~ than Lot 13, upon the payment of 51,250.00
for each lot except releases shall be given only when the tontiguous
characte~ of this prope~ty is not destroyed.

Together with all buildings, improvements, Pixtures or
appurtenances now or hereefter erected thereon or placed there -
in, including all apparatus, equipment, fiatures or articles,
f whether in single units or centrally controlled, used to sup-
~ ply heat, gas, air conditioning, water, light, power, refrig-
eration, ventilation or other services, and any other thing
~ now or hereafter therein or thereon, the furnishing of which
by lessors to lesaees is customary or appropriate, including
scraens, window shedes, storm doors and windoWS, floor cover-
in~s, scr~en doors, in-a-da~ beds, awnings, stoves and water
heeters (all of which are intended to be and are hereby de-
clared to be a part of said real estate whether physically
atteched tnereto or not); and also together with all ease-
ments an3 the rents, issue s and profits of said premises Which
are hereby pledged, assign ed, transferred and set over unto the
Mort~a~res, whether now due or hereafter to become due as pro-
vided in the Supplementel A~reement secured hereby. The Mort-
gagee is hereby subrogated to the ri~hts of all mortgegeecs,
lienholdars and owners paid off by the proceeds of the loan
hereby secured.

rights end benefits said Mortgagor does hereby release and
waive.
