E7~CLITOR'S DEED
TH~IS INDEATrURE made and enterec~ _into on this 1 s t day of
December , A.D. 1966 between ALLEN T. ROBB as Bxecutor of
the Estate of Bertha M. Robb, party of the first part, and L. E. LEWIS
~and Tl~IMA C. LEWIS, His wife, party of the second part,
WITNESSETH: ~

_ Said party of the first part, by petition on the 21st day

of November - , 1966, applied to the Cotmty Judge in and
for St. Lucie County, Florida, for authority to sell certain real estate
in said county here3nafter described, averring it is necessary and
expedient to sell the same and also alleging each and every jurisdictional ~
fact; and the said County Judge having found that the allegations of said
petition were true and that the sale would be to the best interest of the
said estate entered and rendered his order dated the 30th day of
November , 1966 directing the said party of the first part
to sell the said real estate at private sale; and

Thereupon the said party of the first part contracted to sell the
said real estate to the said party of the second part for the sum of Foeu~
Thousand Seven Himdred Fifty and 88/100 ($4,790.00) Dollars; and the said
! party of the first part reported the said contract to the said court, and ;

~ said court after being fully advised in the premises found that the price
~ ,
~ offered for said real estate was fair and reasonable and by order entered
i
~ and rendered on the 30t day of November , 1966, ratified ~
and confirmed said contract of sale and ordered the said party of the first ,
part•to execute a deed to th~ party of the second part of the real estate
as hereinafter described.

NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum of
Four Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty and 00/100 ($4,750.00) Dollars in hand ~
paid, said party of the first part hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, ~
i
remises, releases, conveys and eonfirms unto the said party of the second
part, and to his heirs and assigns forever, that certain land in St. Lucie
