ed in Plat Book 4, at Page 63 of the public recorda of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and the Northerly riqht-of-way
line of Okeechobee Road, said right-of-way line being 33
feet distant from the centerline o~'said Okeechobee Road
as measured at right angles thereto; run thence North
along the West line of said 81ock of COLLIER'S SUBDI-
VISION, 157.6 feet; thence run $ast 23.9 feet; thence run
South 40 deq., 10 min., Sast 104.7 feet to the Northerly
right-ofway line of Okeechobee Road; thence run South 49
deg., 37 min., West along the Northerly right-of-way line
of Okeechobee Road, 119.9 feet to the point ot beginning.

9, 1952 and filed for =ecord January 19, 1952 in Deed Book 170,
at Page 253 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
f wherein J. C. HAINES and BLANCHE D. 8AIN8S, his wife were grantors.
