angles thereto; run thence North along the

DIVISION, 157.6 feet; thence 8ast 23.9 feet;
- thence South 40 deg.-lOmin.S., 104.7 feet to
the Northerly right of way line of Okeechobee
. Road; thence South 49 deg. - 37 min. W., along .
the Northerly right of way line of Okeechobee
Road, 119.9 feet to the point of beginning.

Before me, an officer duly authorized to administer

R. LP.WIS, who after being by me duly sw~orn upon oath
says: That my name is ROYCE R. LSWIS, that affiant is a
practicing attorney in the City of Fort Pierce, Florida.
Affiant further states that on January 4, 1960, affiant
prepared in his law office, witnessed and notarized a

~ a Florida corporation to R. D. Munnell, Sr., and Hazel
~ M. Munnell, his wife, dated January 4, 1960 and recorded

September 13, 1960 in Deed Book 261, at Page 352 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida. That in said
deed the grantor therein conveyed to the grantees therein
the following described property:
All of Block "E" of COLLIER'S SUBDIVISION, as per
~ plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, at Page 63
~ of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida
excegting the following:
