40 deq. - 10 min. B., 104.7 feet to the Northerly
right of way line of Okeechobee Roadt thence South
49 deg: - 37 min. W., along the Northerly right
of way line of Okeechobee Road, 119.9~feet to the ~
point of beginning.
Affiant further states that on the same date, January
4, 1960 affiant prepared, witnessed and notarized a lease
J from R. D. Munnell, Sr., and Haze1 N. Munnell, his wife
to Taylor Munnell Machine Works, Inc., a Florida corpora-
tion, which lease was recorded September 13, 1960 in Deed

Book 261, at Page 354 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. Affiant further states that the legal

description of the last above-mentioned lease should have
been exactly the same as the legal description contained
in the deed recorded in Deed Book 261, at Page 352 of the
i public records of St. Lucie County, Florida and that through

' inadvertence the follawing-lan~wage was omitted from the
legal description of the said lease:
"~11 of Block "E" of COLLIER'S SUHDIVISION, as per
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, at Page 63,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
excepting the following:"
Affiant further states that neither R. D. Muru~ell, Sr.,
- and Hazel M. Munnell, his wife, nor Taylor J~lunnell Machine
Works, Inc., a Florida Corporation, have or had any legal
~ right, title or interest in and to the property described
~ ~ in the caption of this Affidavit.
