by Indenture of Mortgage bearinq date the lOth day of April,
A. D. 1964, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the

Florida, in O. R. Book 87, paqe 212-214, qranted and conveyed
unto T~ BARNSTT NATIONAL BANK OF JACICSONVILLS, Jacksonville,
Florida, its successors and assigns, the premises therein
particularly described, to secure the payment of the swn of

as therein men~ioned;
