GRANT OF EASSI~NT
THIS INDENZtJRE, Made this /p~' 3ay of gg~ , 1966,
- between BSRTHA CONLEY, an unmarried female, Party of the First Part, _
and all property owners where land is adjacent to the property described
herein as Party of the Second Par~,
WITNESSETH: That said Party of the Firet Part for the purpose
of clarifying various grants and sales made and to be made to parties
whose property is adjacent to the below described property, does grant,
bargain, and sell to the parties of the Second Part, their successors
and assigns, an easement for ingress and egress fifty feet wide in
Section thirteen, Township Thirty-four South, Range Thirty-nine East,
in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as follows:

The i~est fifty feet of the East 176 fePt of the Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of 13-34-39 per public
records of St. Lucie County, said easement being a road
50 feet wide running North to South connected with Indrio
Road, and a 50 foot strip of land, beinq the North 50 feet
of the South 378 feet of the Weat 908.2 feet of the East
1084.2 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
of 13-34-39, said road running parallel to Indrio Road and
running into the aforedescribed 50 foot strip of land; both
roads as set out on a survey of J. W. Whitice dated November
15, 1956.
This deed is made for the purpose of giving and granting to the
Parties of the Second Part, their successors, and assigns, an easement

in and to theJsaid lands for ingress and egress, and is made, executed,
and delivered with the e ress understanding and condition^that should

the same ever be discontinued or abandoned as an-easement for ingress
and egress by all the adjacent property owners, that title to the same
shall thereupon revert to and reinvest in the Party of the First Part,
her heirs, successors, and assigns.
IN WITNESS WBEREOF, the said Party of the First Part has signed
