THIS MORTGAGB is given as joint security with that certain
. Chattel Mortgage dated May 6, 1965, recorded in Official Record
Book 164 , Page 578 , public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and Assf.gruaent of Life Insurance policies, respectivelX,
: for the payment of the note executed simultaneously herewith, and
sha1Z aleo secure payment of any future advances or loans that may
be made by Mortqagee to Mortgagor at any t3me within seven (7)
years hereafter, even though no indebtedness is outstanding here-
' under, Provided, that the maximum principal amount of monies so
~ secured shal7. not exceed $32,000.00 at any one time, said future
advances or loans shall be evidenced by separate written note, _
' notes, mortgages, mortgage modification agreement, or other writte
instrument of i~rtgagors, Guarantors or endorsers. It is the in- -
