and MARY SEI~.PEPOS, both sing].e adults, as the surviving spouse
and only heirs at law of N. S£MP~POS= CHARLES I~RICE and COSTOS
RERICE, Partiea of the First Part, and SVELYN DelyARLO (formerly
TVELYN TEMPLSTON, and surviv~,nq spouse of E. C. TSMpLETON) Party
of the Second Part,
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, CHARLES I~RICE and COSTOS I~RICE, together
with the late N. SEMPEPOS were Lessees and Party of the Second ~
Part, with her late husband, E. C. TEMPLETON, were Lessors under
that certaia Lease dated April 20, 1946, recorded in Deed Book
124 at Paqe 367, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ,
which said Lease granted Lessees for a term of tw~enty-five (25)
years the following described property, situate; lying and being
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
T'he North 65 feet of Lots 1 and 2
of Block 1, Revised Subdivision of
Receiver~s Subdivision of Fort Pierce,
Florida; and - ~
WHEREAS, the Parties hereto have agreed to the can-
cellation and resciesion of said Lessee. ~ ~
NOW, TF~REFORE, in consideration of the swn of One
Dollar ($1.00j and other valuable considerations the parties
~ hereto do hereby remise, release, acquit, satisfy, rescind, cance
and forever discharge each other from the terms and obligations
~ of the Lease between the parties, dated April 20, 1946, and re-
corded in Deed Book 124, Page 367, pubiic records of St. Lucf.e
County, Florida, and hereby direct the Clerk of the Circuit
Court, in and for St. Lucie County, Florida~ to cancel said
Lease of record. -
