corded in Official Records Book 164, page 538, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and for the same con-
sideration said corporation also assigns and transfers unto
said assignee-the account for Iabor and materials described in
and secured by said claim of Iien and hereby warrants and
guarantees that said accourrt is true, just, correct and unpaid
and that said claim of lien is valid and subsisting and that

Chapter 84, Florida Statutes, 1965. ~
