I, Jim Newbold, hereby acknowledge receipt of the sum of
$135.00 in cash. This amount was the balance due for the purchase
of :
Lots 13 and 14, of Block 1, of Shafer's Subdivision
of the W2 of the E? of the SE~ of the SW4 of
Section 4, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, accord-
ing to a plat of said subdivision recorded in the
; office of the C lerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida,
and represents the final and full payment of the purchase price
and all of the monies paid in the purchase of this property have
been paid by John H. Wright, and this property is the same property
conveyed by Warranty Deed dated May 30, 1947.
