ASSIGNMENT OF MORTGAGES

I~IOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, BSSSIE HAYES,
also known as BESSIE R. HAYES, of the First Part, in con-
sideration of love and affection, hereby grant, bargain,
- assign, and transfer unto GARLAND HAYES, sometimes knpwn as
GARLAND HAYES, SR., of the Second Part, the following three
mor-tgages :
1. Mortgage from O. R. Minton, Sr., in favor of Gar-
land Hayes, Sr., and Bessie R. Hayes, his wife, .
recorded in Official Record Book 35, at Pages 569
~ through 571 oF the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida upon the following described pro-
perty situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, to-wit: -
The h~ast ~ of I.ot 45 and all of Lot 46, in Block
2, of AMY ANNA PARK SUHDIVISION, in the City of ~
Fort Pierce, Florida according to the plat thereof -
on file in Plat Book 4, at Paqe 72, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, less any right
of way of public record for public roads.
2. Mortgage fran O. R. Minton, as Trustee and Robert _
G. Coffey, as Trustee to Garland Hayes, also known
as Garland Hayes, Sr., and Bessie Hayes, also known ~
as Bessie R. Hayes, dated May 31, 1957, and recorded
in Mortgage Book 138, at Pages 75 through 77 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida encumbering
the following described property in St. Lucie County,
Florida, to-wit: Lot 44, and the West ~ of Lot 45,
Block 2, of AMY ANNA PARK SIIBDIVISION, as per plat .
thereof on file in Plat Book 4, at Page 72 of the
- public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,"includ-
ing all improvements, ~urniture and fixtures thereon,
but excepting therefrom all rights of way for public
roads and easements for public utilities.
3. Mortgage from O. R. Minton and Robert G. Coffey, as
Trustees, dated May 31, 1957, recorded in Mortgage
Book 138, at Pages 72 through 74 of the public records
; of St. Lucie County, Florida, encumbering the follow~-
! ing described property situate in St. Lucie County, '
Florida, to-wit: Lots 41, 42 and 43, Block 2, of
AMY ANNA PARK SUBDIVISION, as per plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 4, at Page 72 of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, including all improveraents,
furniture and fixtures thereon, but ex~epting there-
from all rights of way for public road~ and easements
for public utilities.
