THIS WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the Sth day of January
19 6~ , by DONALD L. SHEPHARD, AS TRUSTEE, and JEROME A. SIMONS, AS TRUSTEE,
hereinafter called the Grantors, to Angelo Galuppo and Stephanie Galuppo,

hereinafter called the Grantee:
WITNESSETH: That the Grantors for and in consideration of the sum of
