. E~CTENSION AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT entered into ~his~day of January, A. D.
1967, by and betw~een the ST. ?~JCIE (~OUNTY BANK, a Florida banking
corporation, party of the first part, and S. W. NARDWICK and
FIARENCE HARDWICK, his wife, also knQwn as SAM W. HARDWICKE and
gLpRENCE HARDWIQCE, his wife, parties of the second part.
WHEREAS, said parties of the second part have requested an
extension of a certain mortgage~ and note described as follows,
to-wit; -
A mortgage frcm S. W. HARDWIQC and FLORENGE HARDWIQC, his
wife, also known as SAM W. HARDWICKE and FIARENCE HARDWICKE, his
_ wife~ to ST. LUCIE COUNTY BANK~ a Florida banking corporation,
- recorded in Official Records Book 78, at page 575, of the Public
__Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and covers the foll~wing
described property:
The SW4 of the SE4 of Section 23, Township 34 South,
Range 39 East, EXCEPTING THFRF.FROM all rights.-of«way for
Public r~ads and drainage canals.
The notes in connection wi.th said mortgage are in the totaZ
principal amount of FIFTEEN TNOUSAND AND NO/100 ($15,000.00)
DOLIARS, as of the date of this Agreement, and the Mortgage bear•»
~ ing the date of January 9, 1964, is recorded in Official Records

j Book 78, at page 575, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,

~ Florida, said mortgage permitting future advances of up to FIFTE
THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($15,000.00) DGLIARS principal, for a period
of three (3) years from January 9, 1964.
AND, WI~REAS, said party of the f irst part is now the holder
and owner of said mortgage and notes, and said p arties of the
second part are now the owners of the said mortgaged premises,
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the covenants,
conditions and agreements herein, the said parties hereto have for

~ themselves and their assi ns hereby mutually agreed that the time ~

for the payment of the unpaid principal in the amount of FIFTEEN ~

THOUSAND AND NO/100 ($15,000.00) DOLIARS, shall be changed and
