(1) He is personally acquainted with and counsel for Osmond
C, Peterson the person named as one of the grantees in that certain
warra~y deed from Charles D. Kime and Mabel V. Kime, his wife,
to Osmond C. Peterson et ux et al recorded in Official Record Book
122, page 18 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
(2) That of his own knowledge, the said Osmond C. Peterson
frequently uses the name O. C. Peterson for business purposes and
O. C. Peterson and Osmond C. Peterson are one and the same person
and Osmond C. Peterson is the same person as O. C. Peterson, one
of the grantors in that certain deed recorded in Official Record Book
