Statutes, in OI'ffcial Record Book 138, pages 115-118, of the
pablic records of St. Lucie Gountq, Florida.
In this instrument the sin~ular shall include the plural,
end the masculine shEll include the feminine and neuter. All
rightg and obligat.ions under this mortgage shall extend to and
be bindin6 upon the respective heirs, eaecutors, edminlstratora,
successors and assigns of the Mortgegor and Mortgagee.
