I~la+1 ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That in consideration of
$1.00 and other good and valuable considerations, the receipt of
which is hereby acknawledged, Spencer B. Gilbert, as attorney aE
record for the plaintiff in the above styled cause, does hereby
acknawledge full and complete satisfaction of that certain Final
Judgment heretofore entered in the above styled cause in favor of
said plaintiff, which said Final Judgment is dated October 31, 1966
and recorded in the Circuit Court Minute Book 36, at page 461, and
Official Record Book 158, at page 40, in the office of the Clerk of
the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, and which said
Final Judgment is in -the-amount of FIVE HUNDRED ZWEN'i'Y-FIVE and 65/100
DOLI.ARS ($535.65) plus costs of court incurred in the amount of $22.00,
and the Clerk of said Court is hereby authorized and directed to note
the full and complete satisfaction and cancellation of said Final
Judgment of record.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Spencer B. Gilbert, as attorney
of record for the plaintiff herein, has hereunto set his hand and
seal at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, this 2~ day of
January, 1967.
